What is ReferralPay.co said to be?

ReferralPay.co is a website that can allegedly make you money for sharing your referral link and completing simple tasks.

According to them, you can make from $2 to $5 each time someone clicks on your link, and $10-$15 when someone joins ReferralPay.co through your referral link.

They also claim you can get $25 after joining, which sounds amazing because signing up is free. So is ReferralPay.co a website that can help you earn money online for free?

They also say that you can earn $500 today, which sounds great but it’s a complete lie because making money online doesn’t work that way.

You see, there’s no way to earn easy money fast without doing much work, so don’t believe people who claim you can start making money the same day you get started.

If ReferralPay.co was legit, lots of people would have already quitted jobs they hate!! If it’s possible to make $10 by sharing a link, why aren’t more people doing this?

I have reviewed lots of websites and programs here at himoneybyescams.com, so I know how to recognize money-making scams that don’t work.

Referral Pay tries to convince you that you will get paid if you promote their site, but the truth is that they will never pay you!

How the ReferralPay.co scam really works

You are probably wondering “how a website that is free to join can be a scam?”, am I right?

The truth is that scams come in different forms and shapes, so just because a website is free to join doesn’t mean it’s not a scam.

ReferralPay.co is no different than other scams I have exposed, so keep reading because I’m about to SHOW you some undeniable PROOFS.

The reason they allow you to join for free and claim to give you $25 for joining is because this is what makes ReferralPay.co look awesome.

I mean, no one would refuse to get free money, don’t you agree?

But if you question their intentions and ask yourself “why would they give me money for nothing?”, you realize that it sounds too good to be true and it makes no sense.

So why do they want you to join and why do they want you to invite others to join?

It’s simple: joining requires you to give away your personal info, such as your name and your email address. This information is very valuable for them because they can use it for profit!

Therefore, their main goal is to collect your personal information because that’s what they can use to make money at your expense.

Once they have collected people’s email addresses, passwords and other information, they will use them to make as much money as possible.

For example, they will use your email address to send you spam emails related to this scam or other dangerous scams. They will also include files infected with malware and viruses, which is something that can harm your device.

Apart from that, you can also expect them to sell your information to other scammers who will do the same.

And that’s not all! They will also use your password and email to steal your personal accounts!

For example, they will use your email and password to see if they can get access to your PayPal or bank account and steal all your money!

How do I know this? Well, the owners of ReferralPay.co are the same individuals who created the KidsEarnCash.com scam, and they stole all the money from someone who gave them their information.

KidsHaveMoney.com complaint

Avoid the task wall!

I don’t recommend that you try to complete the tasks from their task wall because you will not get paid and these tasks are dangerous.

These tasks redirect you to third party websites that require you to do things like:

  • Give away your phone number
  • Give your credit card information
  • Download fraudulent files, games or apps

Doing what they want can make you lose money, put you at risk for identity theft or even harm your device.

Also, those tasks will waste your time and get you frustrated because they will not pay you.

It’s the Viral Dollars scam!

How am I so sure that ReferralPay.co is a scam that you need to stay away from?

Well, I noticed that ReferralPay.co is a new name for ViralDollars.co, which is a scam that I exposed last month.

Not only that, the ReferralPay.co website also mentions Viral Dollars, so it’s clear that they are connected!

ViralDollars.co didn’t pay anyone, which means that referralpay.co will not pay anyone either. The reason they have changed the domain name viraldollars.co to referralpay.co is that these scammers want to prevent potential victims from finding the negative Viral Dollars reviews and complaints.

Just read these complaints that I found on reportscam.com:

ViralDollars.co (same as referralpay.co) complaints

These scammers don’t want you to find that referralpay.co was called viraldollars.co because if you knew, you wouldn’t join nor promote their scam.

If you promote referralpay.co and reach the minimum payout threshold, they will not pay you. They will tell you that your payment has been cancelled without telling you why.

In case you email them, they will not reply because the contact information they have is fake. They don’t want to hear from you, they just want your information to make money at your expense and then they run because they don’t want to get caught.

You see, a legit company wouldn’t be lying about their contact information. A legit company would provide a customer service to help you with your questions or issues.

But the con artists behind Referral Pay only care about making money for themselves, they don’t care about people like you.

Lack of important information

Another red flag is the fact that they are not transparent about the company or the owner. The information on their website is fake and they don’t mention the names of the people who run the platform.

For example, they claim referralpay.co to have been around since 2015, but it’s not even been a month since referralpay.co was registered.

According to whois.com, the domain name referralpay.co was registered on May 23rd 2019:

ReferralPay.co claims to have been around since 2015 to gain credibility, but the truth is that they’ve been around for just 13 days (as of this review).

The stats on their website are fake because they haven’t paid anything to anyone. They aren’t even replying to their members on Twitter, which is another indication that they don’t care about their members.

ReferralPay.co review – Final thoughts

After everything I have explained and all the proofs I have provided, I have to conclude that it’s best to stay away referralpay.co.

It’s not ok to make money by deceiving other people, so there’s no reason to promote referralpay.co.

I personally will not be sharing their referral link because it wouldn’t be ethical or legal. I’m sure you don’t want your friends or family members to get scammed so I recommend that you stop sharing your referralpay.co referral link.

These scammers are wasting your precious time and using people like you to profit themselves, which is something that needs to be avoided.

You see, many people work their butts off to make ends meet, so it’s not fair that there are scam artists taking advantage of hard-working people.

I mean, why scam people when it’s possible to make money ethically? I will never understand it. The only way we can make the world a better place is by helping each other.

What you decide to do is up to you, but everything I have mentioned leads me to conclude that ReferralPay.co is a scam to avoid.

  1. How can people get away with creating such scams? I am so tired of it!  I’m also happy that I have learned to check out these offerings by looking for online reviews about them.  You and the others who write these reviews are providing such a good service for those of us looking for an opportunity.  Thank you for doing these reviews.

I looked at your “guide to making money” and it looks really good to me.  It is so refreshing to find information about an honest opportunity.  I will check it out for sure.  Thank you for putting it on your website.

  2. Bravo for exposing the scammers!
They’re the people that make businesses and govt’s. have to make regulations to help protect the innocent. I’ve lost money to a few scammers over the years, so I know the pain. BTW Thanks for giving me a good example of copywriting. I noticed the use of a few transitions and connecting phrases. Definitely enjoyed the read. LOL maybe you could include a section where readers could submit websites that they know are scams?

    1. Hi Peter,

Sorry to hear that you have been scammed before, it’s horrible… I hope people realize that referralpay is a scam and don’t waste anymore time on it.

I had never been told that about copywriting lol, glad that you enjoyed reading the article =) I’ll take your suggestion into consideration.

      Best wishes,

      Miren
