What is BigSpot.com about?
I first saw this site called BigSpot.com being advertised on Facebook, but I’ve heard that it’s been advertised on TV as well so I thought I would check it out.
Let’s be real, not everything advertised on TV is of high-quality or legit. If you thought BigSpot is legitimate, you wouldn’t be here trying to find out the truth, am I right?
Well, it’s good that you are skeptical because this program is not what it appears to be.
According to the BigSpot.com main page, you can start getting paid for your opinions which makes you think that this is a site that provides paid surveys for you to complete, but it’s not even that.
BigSpot.com is just a site that works as an intermediary between you and other paid surveys sites. It doesn’t require you to have any previous experience or special skills and it’s free to join, something that makes it very tempting to try it out.
So will BigSpot.com finally be the website that enables most people to make good money online? Let’s see how this really works.
.
How does BigSpot.com work?
In order to sign up, you’ll have to enter your personal information like your email address, your date of birth, your gender and country.
After that, you will see a page like the one below. The next step consists in joining paid survey sites like Global Test Market, My Survey and Opinion Outpost.
When it comes to joining those paid surveys sites, you will have to provide more personal details. Personal information like your name, your age, your gender, your country, your ethnicity, your education, your hobbies, your profession…
The point of this is to get to know you better so that they can send you the paid surveys that better fit you. Depending on your profile, you will receive more or less surveys to take.
Maybe they will tell you to sign up to different survey companies from the ones shown in the picture above, but what I know for sure is that all websites they will provide are only related to making money taking surveys. Nothing about other legitimate methods to make money.
And what else can I say about BigSpot.com? When it comes to what we can find just after joining, there’s not much to see or do. They tell you to sign up to paid survey websites and that’s it. Note that you can join those survey sites without signing up to BigSpot.
.
Can you make money with BigSpot.com?
Well, BigSpot.com just works as an intermediary between you and the survey websites they recommend, as I said earlier in this review.
Therefore, BigSpot is not responsible for paying you. You are going to get paid by the survey companies you join.
When it comes to the amount of money you can earn, you can’t expect to earn a full-time income taking surveys.
Completing paid surveys is not a way to earn a living online. No matter the survey websites you join, you will earn $1 or $2 per survey. There are many people who earn money taking surveys so it would not make sense that companies paid that much per survey.
If it were possible to earn a lot of money per survey, then it would not be that easy to join surveys companies and receive surveys to complete. If you do some math, you would have to complete a lot of surveys to earn a decent income.
For example, you could complete 10 surveys per day to earn like $10-$20 per day.
The thing is, it’s not as easy as it sounds because a lot of surveys take a lot of time to complete and you might not qualify for some of them. You might start answering questions and then get notified that you don’t qualify.
And you also need to know that you may run out of surveys to take. Even if you join all the survey sites they recommend, you will not receive enough surveys that match your profile.
I remember when I was getting started in the online money-making world, I joined many survey sites but I didn’t receive enough surveys to complete so I didn’t earn much money. That’s when I realized that taking paid surveys was not the way to go if I wanted to earn a living online.
.
Is BigSpot.com a scam?
I don’t consider BigSpot.com to be a 100% scam but I don’t believe it’s worth your time either.
First of all, BigSpot.com doesn’t provide anything of value because you can find and join those paid surveys websites without signing up to BigSpot.
I mean, if BigSpot provided some tips to take surveys then it might be worth it, but that’s not the case. They refer you to those paid survey sites and that’s it.
So why does BigSpot exist? Why do they want your information and why do they want you to sign up to those paid survey sites?
The answer to all of this is that they just want to generate profits. Yes, they want your information and use it to earn money and they want you to join those sites because they’re affiliated with them, which means that BigSpot is going to get paid if you register to those survey sites through their affiliate link.
Apart from that, I don’t like the fact that they’re not transparent about who they are.
I found out that a company called Varsityplaza LLC is behind BigSpot, but there’s not much information about this company. Well, I found this negative review on BBB:
The fact that it’s free to join might make you think that it can’t be a scam, but what about your time? In order to determine whether or not a money-making opportunity is worth it, we don’t only need to think about money, we also need to think about time.
I personally believe that spending my time on answering questions to see if I qualify for a survey just to earn $1 or $2, it’s not worth it.
And then, if I stopped taking surveys, I would stop making money. That’s another thing I don’t like about paid surveys. They don’t give you the chance to earn passive income.
.
My final verdict on BigSpot.com
After everything I’ve explained, I don’t recommend that you join BigSpot.com.
If you’re looking to earn money taking surveys, then go join the paid surveys websites without joining BigSpot. This way you will save some time and will prevent BigSpot from using your personal information.
If your goal is to make a full-time income online, then I don’t recommend that you try to complete surveys to earn money. I suggest that you build your very own online business instead.
The business model I’ve been and still using has enabled me to earn a consistent income online month after month.
Also keep in mind that this is not a get-rich-quick scheme and it requires you to put in the effort and time to earn money. Great things take time to build!

All the best 🙂
I am always leery of middleman sites like BigSpot. They don’t actually seemed to offer any real service but still benefit by getting your personal information. I know its free to join, but do they sell your email address to other sites that might lead to spam in your inbox? Just seems like they’re not getting much out of the deal.
Hey there,
Yes, I guess one of the ways they make money is by selling people’s personal details to other companies. That’s how many of these “free” sites profit.
Hi,
Thanks for saving me a tonne of my time I love doing online jobs but when it comes to something that is mostly going to be a trial and error it is just not for me, especially not surveys and if this website wants to send me to surveys then I do not want to work for them, thanks again.
